For the Authorize.NET Tool you are using you only need to implement your API and Trans Key once and it should stay there afterwards as long as you've gone through the whole entire Wizard for the Payment Tool and clicked on the last part - " Finish ". The only time you have to re-enter it is if you change your Authorize Account Keys or if you want to use it on a different form then yes at that point you would need to add them into the inputs again.

Basically what happens is that someone fills in your form, they choose a product, they submit the form, then the form redirects to the Authorize.net payment gateway after form submission to gather payment from the form through your Authorize.net Account to review and finalize the transaction.
