For exemple, if i build an application form for my company. i ask many questions like "Where do u want to postulate", there is 2 choices, Montreal or Trois-Rivières. Another question is "What is your title", 2 choices, technician or engineer. After all the form filled, they must attach a CV. I wanna know if there is any way to access the data base to only get the CVs from peopl who postulated Engineer and Montréal.

Hi, as far as I know there is not a feature to find some data based on a choice. I was trying to find a widget that would allow to accomplish that, but I can see there is not such a widget yet. What I would recommed you, is to integrate your form with Google Spreadsheet, there you could search the data by typing technician or engineer.
Hope this helps you, if you have another question, please open a new thread, we will be glad to assist you.

You can also create a Grid Report and filter your submissions there. To do so highlight the form you are working with and click on the Reports | Add New Report option
Do let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.

I like that way Cesar, this way, i can import the result into access and make a prog that will do specific search, but i have to make a new Report every time i get new submissions ?

Grid listing actually comes with a search function. It's found under the bottom left part of the grid report page.
You can also integrate your form to your Dropbox or Box account so the files uploaded to your form will go straight to these file upload services. This way, you only have to checked your Dropbox or Box account if there are new files uploaded to your form.
Let us know should you have further questions. Regards!

If you have MS Excel application on your computer, you will not have to download the Excel file evey time to view the report. You can open the Excel file directly on the Dropbox path by setting its web URL path to the Excel application when opening the file.
Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.
