I have tried to reply to an earlier help support message from BDAVID but, despite numerous attempts, I've not been able to send message (getting error ) so I'm trying again using a different email address.
Email form arrives without attachments. I'm aware that the images are 'not required' but at the moment it's just me testing the form and I have uploaded several images.

Do make sure that the email alert has the neccesary fields. Two fields exist for the images, one form the file to be forwarded on the email and another to preview the image.
Do make sure these form fields are on your email alert.
Alternatively you can delete your current email alert and create a new one.
