My Products field, Square settings, not printing on PDF

    I have a My Products field , Square Settings, on a PDF. The form is emailed upon completion.

    The field does not transfer in the emailed PDF, but does print when I go to the PDF editor section and print manually.


    Any idea what I did to the form?

    Unfortunately, the Product list is not one of the fields that can be connected to the Smart PDF:

    You may use a Short Text Box or a Paragraph field, transfer the Product List data via conditions: https://www.jotform.com/help/268-how-to-insert-text-or-calculation-into-a-field-using-conditional-logic/.

    Then connect it to the Smart PDF: https://www.jotform.com/help/610-how-to-link-your-online-form-fields-with-pdf-through-smart-pdf-forms/.

    The data that transfer is the price. Can I change the data field to the product name?

    Hi there,

    You can implement the same idea, by using Multiple choices or any other field elements that allows you to choose a product and connect it to the Original PDF.
