we have allot of clients that are informing us that they are unable to get completed forms to submit. They are stating that after they click the submit button they are left in a holding pattern for quite some time and then receive a message that web page is not available. This seems to be a new issue ( Last two days.) We really need to figure out what the problem is.

Is there any particular reason why you're using the form's source codes to embed it? Upon further testing and inspection, I have found out that the form's scripts conflict with the other scripts in your page. This causes the form to not submit properly every time.
The solution is to isolate the form's script codes from the other elements in your page by embedding it using iframe instead of Source.
To get your form's iframe codes:
1. Go to Setup & Embed tab
2. Click Embed Form
3. Click iFrame
4. Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen
Contact us immediately if it does not help or if you're having difficulties implementing this solution. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Thank you and have a great day!
