jotform is telling me i have reached my limits...?

    I have only received 12 forms, when it says I'm allowed to receive 100 forms, yet i'm being told Ive reached my limits!?!

    It appears you have been using a secure form. In turn you have been getting secured submissions. JotForm has a a limit of 10 secured submissions a month on free accounts. I have resetted this for you at this time. Do note this is a one time only exception. Do make sure to fix this prior to receiving more secure submissions. Thank you.

    I don't believe i turned on the secure form setting to begin with, but thank you for sorting it out
