    Good Morning,

Is it possible to add a referral link to a auto-responder e-mail?

What I mean is I have created a submission form that has an auto-responder e-mail containing their details and some further information.

What I would like to add is a link/button that they can click within the e-mail that launches an e-mail that they can send to their friend to recommend they look at my site.

I would need it to have a pre-set text that they can edit which includes their name and link to my site.

    Do you have this function?

I have looked through your help files but cannot find anything.

    Thank you

    Gary Shephard

    Hello Gary,

Unfortunately, we do not have such features but it is achievable by creating one additional form. This additional form can be added in the form auto-responder. Please take a look at the following form and see if this relatively close to your requirement which you want to achieve:

When you submit the above form using one of your email address, you will receive an auto-responder which will have a link. Clicking on this referral link will open another form where you can add email address and an email will be sent to that person.

Feel free to clone both the form for a closer look and get back to us if you have any questions. The following guide should help you in form cloning:

    Thank you!

    Thank you!

Thank you for your reply but it is not quite what I want to do.

I would like an e-mail to go to the reffered person with a text like

I have just seen the fantastic opportunity that I think you will be interested in.

Take a look at if you like it use the contact form to get more information and please mention my name. "

So the person can click  and have a look at the web site and if they are interested they will contact us.  If the e-mail could also come to us even better.

    Thank you

    Hi Gary,

To achieve that in your Autoresponder, just simply switch to Text Mode and your message.

So the person can click  and have a look at the web site and if they are interested they will contact us.  If the e-mail could also come to us even better.

To achieve that, just simply append your email address in Reply-to Email.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.
