How can I do this with paypal?

Asked by jnparrish on February 11, 2014 at 07:51 AM

i am having 6 birthday parties in 6 different cities. 2 of this you have to pay to attend.  I would like to build a form that lets you RSVP to any 1 of the six. and let you pay through paypal to attend any 1 of the 2 paid events. Here is my dilemna, how do i do 1. let 1 person choose  to pay for multiple tickets (for example a husband and wife?) and can I leave a fill in the box for people NOT coming and want to leave a gift)?  So 1 person is coming, but wants to pay for 2 tickets to both events and leave a gift through paypal?  Please assist.

What you can do is to enable the Custom Quantity option in the Payment wizard so that the form users can specify the number of attendees. You can label the quantity as Number of Attendees or as you wish:

I hope this helps. Please inform us if you need further assistance with this inquiry.
