    Me equivoqué al intentar accesar a mi cuenta y por error cambié mi correo electronico. Ahora no puedo restablecer mi cuenta que apenas ayer pagué.

    Hola Vacacionesparaiso,

    No estoy seguro si he entendido completamente su pregunta. El traductor de Google no era de esa ayuda. ¿No puede iniciar sesión en su cuenta.

    Tras la comprobación de sus datos de pago, me encontré con que usted no ha mencionado la correcta "JotForm Login Name" y esa es la razón por su cuenta aún no está actualizado. He actualizado manualmente su cuenta y su cuenta está ahora premium.

    No volver a nosotros si nos referimos a pedir algo más que el problema de actualización de cuenta.

    Hi!I made a mistake and entered a wrong e-mail as i was using my account this morning. now i have a second account under the name of La Choyerita" and my forms are mixed up!
    What can i do?Plus my account; "promotoracaboparaiso" still appears as a free account and it says i only have 100 submissions available. But the premium plan offers 1,000 of them should i be worried about it?

    Which account you want to upgrade? Do you actually want to upgrade your other account "promotoracaboparaiso" instead? Do let us know and we will manually upgrade it and downgrade the account "Vacacionesparaiso".
