Email notifications have stopped

    I have been getting email notifications from JotForm of a PayPal payment made up until January. I haven't received any email notification from JotForm for the past two payments in February. The only way I knew was because PayPal sent me a payment noitification. Why would the notifications work in January but not in February? Many thanks for any light you can shed. Barb

    I'm not sure whether this relates to payment notifications (because they are sent once a year for you, seeing that you are on a yearly plan) or about email notifications from your forms....

    I'll run with the latter...

    I checked your settings, your forms, and all seemed to be in-order.

    I triggered one of your forms to send a test email.... did you recieve it?
