I upgraded my plan to the Premium plan and I am still only able to send two email replies to my event registration submissions. I thought the upgraded plans allowed more email replies.

Hi, I can see that your account is at the Premium plan now, please log out, clear your browser´s cache, and try it again. Let us know what happens.
