I can't get my contact Form to display properly in FacebookAsked by Prideonetravel on February 11, 2014 at 02:25 PM
I have two facebook pages and in the first one I got my contact form to open correctly but on the second one, it is not opening. I added the s to http as instructed to do. Do you know what my problem is. I followed this link for my instructions: http://www.jotform.com/help/22-Adding-Form-to-Facebook Thank you
contact form JotForm problem www
Is this the form you are having with? https://www.jotform.com/40415272987157
Could you please confirm if you also changed the URL to htpps://secure. jotform.com? Or did you add the s to http only? If you did it the last way, then that might be the cause of the issue. make sure to convert the whole URL to htpps://secure.
I got the code of your form and embeded it to my facebook page and it displays correctly:
So, it should work for you too. Please try following my suggestion regarding the secure URL and if the issue still persists, do not hesitate to contact us.
Yes, thanks for your reply. I had only added the S, so I did what you suggested by changing it to htpp://secure and I am not getting a broken link as before but nothing is coming up when I preview it, it is just a white empty page. Thanks
Please, accept my sincere apologies. I comitted a mistake in my previous message, which I already corrected.
I suggested you to use htpp://secure, without S, but you need to use S too. So, it has to be htpps://secure. Again, please accept my apologies. To avoid any other confusion simply check the Secure form box in the Embed wizard and it will change to secure mode automatically, then you can get the code to embed it:
Thanks for your understanding.
Thanks alot, it is working now.
