Upload not working

    Help please! In my form 12213013161 I get this message:

    Upload Error
    File could not be uploaded for some reason.

    Please go back and fix the problem(s)

    I´ve saved the form again and still same problems. I´ve been using this form for long time and this is a recent issue.

    Hi,

    I was able to reproduce the issue that you are referring. Can you please try this workaround to fix the issue?

    1. Edit your form

    2. Remove/delete your current upload field

    3. Add new upload field

    4. Save changes

    If the said issue still persists, please let us know.

    Thanks but still not working. It´s very strange. Your clone works fine but even when I delete de upload button and create a new one it doesn´t work! I´m guessing is something about spanish translation? No idea.

    And then test the cloned version for any issue.

    Thanks for updating us.

    I do not think this is translation related issue, otherwise our cloned forms would not work either, but they do work correctly.

    It is very weird, as you stated. So, please try cloning my cloned form at this time, not yours, here is my cloned form: http://form.jotform.co/form/40423569240854

    If the issue still persists, try enbling the Mutliple Uploads function, that may help to resolve the issue: 

    Inform us if the issue still persists.
