I have a form that employees need to fill out. Then, my administrative team needs to sign the completed form. Is there a way to add a signature to the approval workflow?

Thank you for reaching out. Please, read the whole post before starting any changes.
One way to do what you wish to achieve is to add the edit submission link to the approval email. This way, your administrative team members can open the submission, add the signature and then approve it.
To do so, first, add a signature field to the form and make it hidden.
Then in your Approval flows, complete these steps:
- Open Approval Properties
- In the General tab, find the option to customize the approval email
- In the email, add the form field Edit Link, to allow your approver to edit the submission, and add their signature in the previously hidden field.
Once this is completed, they can resubmit and approve the submission.
If you do not need the signature to be on the actual form, you can ignore all these steps, and simply add the Approve and Sign field in the Approval Flows.
