You can translate the text in button (i.e. Submit, Back, Next) by selecting your preferred language in the drop down selector on the lower left corner of the JotForm webpage.
We hope you find this information useful. Let us know if you need further assistance.
Thank you for using JotForm!

The submit button can be renamed by clicking the Submit Text button in the toolbar.
Change the text to your preferred language then click OK. Don't forget to save your form.
As for the "Clear Form" button, I believe there is no way to change that text from within the Form Builder. You can try embedding the form using Source and then modifying the codes to reflect the correct translation of the clear form text.
To get your form's Source embed codes:
1. Go to Setup & Embed tab
2. Click Embed Form
3. Click Source
4. Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen
Find the text "Clear Form" in the codes and then replace it with your translated text before embedding the codes in your page.
One important thing to note is that if you start using Source, you must always get new, updated codes form the Embed Form Wizard whenever you make any changes to the form.
