form with ticket

    I am planning to build a basic contact form.

    Once the clients fills up the web form, they will receive an automatic reply saying : thank you... your ticket number is #030303.

    We on the other hand receive an email, with the contact form details that the person filled up but with the subject #030303


    Please advise a way around
