    Submission emails not being received.

    In the last couple of days, the emails with the registration forms have stopped coming to me.     I am still getting the emails for the Paypal transactions.

     

    Can you check and see what might have changed?

    Hello Dave,

    Upon checking your form's notification alert, I did not find any issue with that. As per our email server logs, your email address was in our bounce list. Its seems that one of my colleague must have removed it from bounce list and upon checking I did not find your email address in our bounce list.

    Result: info@ltasafetyseminar.org is NOT in the bounce list

    I have cleared your form cache and sent you a test submission. Could you please let us know if your received the email notification or not? Our email server log confirms that the notification emails are being sent to your email inbox. Please see the log here:

    I received the test form and email today.....it looks like all is well.

     

    maybe just my visit to the email setup last night took me off the spam list?

    Hello Dave,

    That's good to hear that you've got your email notification up again. Probably the mail delivery was just conjested due to high volume of incoming and outgoing mail since we know that Jotform has a number of users.
