Hi there, i usually receive a notification email once a customer fills in a jotform on my website. The first 8 registrations on the form "Retreat Registration" were fine, i recieved an email notification, however none was recieved on the 9th registration. I have already paid a monthly fee to jotform so i cant see any reason for this - please check and let me know.

I checked the notification e-mail settings of your form http://www.jotform.me/form/40293230125442 and found this issue
Please make adjustment on the e-mail "Sender Name" -- make sure a "proper" name was assigned. If you leave the value to just "Please Select...", some e-mail service provider will treat the message as a spam since it cannot identify a proper name.
Please inform us if issue persist.
