Seeing that you have opened three threads for this single issue made me realize how much you need to have this feature. Just so you know, in the last thread that you opened, a request ticket has been submitted by my colleague, Wayne (abajan).
Your suggestion was added to our requests list but as of now, we haven't heard a word from our dev team on the status of that request. The most recent update, if you call it as such, is that according to our higher ups, they are planning to rework the email tool.
It could be possible that they will include your request in the revamp. I can't make a guarantee though, but we will see.
You will hear from our developers once the feature you're requesting for gets implemented. Thank you for your patience.
