changing form after submission receivedAsked by amynorman on February 12, 2014 at 03:01 PM
Just want to make sure it's okay to add or change a form that has limited submissions after I've already received one submission. I realized I need to request a few more details.
We would appreciate if you gave us more details about what you need to accomplish. According to what I understand, what you need to know is that if the already received submission will be affected if you edit the form, is that correct?
If that is what you are refering to, then, let me tell you that the submission(s) will not be affected if you do not delete any of the fields that is related to the submissions data. If you delete a form field that was answered in the submission, then the data of the field or the whole submission will be deleted.
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need assistance with this inquiry.
I just need to change the text in one of the fields slightly. Also, are jot
forms secure? I mean, they go to my email account. Does that mean the data
is considered to be secure?
Hi, yes you can go ahead and change that text, it will not cause any problem.Definitely the data is secured, it is only send to the recipient email you set up, and your JotForm account.
