form embed not workingAsked by elevatecreative on February 12, 2014 at 04:18 PM
I have tried to embed my form in wordpress (self install) with the Wordpress embed script code. It inserts fine and you can see the form, but the form then does nothing... it does not validate, and the NEXT (page) buttons do not work.
I then tried both Jotform wordpress plugins and neither worked - i'm running WP 3.8.1.
I have since used the 'iframe' embed method and it seems to be working ok, but not 100% sure this is the best way? I would prefer to use the plugin or WP embed method... what are your recommendations or is the iframe method ok to use?
Hi, yes the Iframe code is ok to be used, since it will not conflict with any Wordpress script. On regards of the problems with the embedded codes for Wordpress, I will do some test on my account, and try to reproduce the issue, and report this to our second level.
