When we go to open our form, it says that JotForm is not currently available and lists reasons why this may be. However, after a couple of seconds the form loads anyway. Is anyone else having this problem? Are the forms still fine to use?

I don't find a similar report so far, but I guess your case was just a temporary form caching issue that can be resolve by clearing your forms cache: How to Clear your Form Cache. I just did it to your forms. Kindly check again and let us know if there are still any problems loading the form.
