Jotform works for my company 99% of the time. But every now and then, a form is filled out but never gets delivered to the Jotform inbox or by email receipt.
Right now, our Jotform is set up so that when a form is filled out, I get emailed along with a few other coworkers, but the person filling out the form does not get any email confirmation.
Is there a way to have an email receipt sent to the individual submitter to let them know their form went through?

That is possible with adding an Autoresponder Email to your form. Check this guide: Setting Up Form Autoresponder.
