I used a template to create a form. I wish to have my customers fill out the form, print it, and mail it to me with payment. How do I get the payment section to show a total and give them an address on the form? The support says to use "Purchase Order" but when I click on that it tells me I already have a payment option entered and I need to delete that first? Where is  the section i need to delete?

    Hello jimjumper,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

Do you want to allow multiple payment option in your form where your user's can pay either through credit card or through check? Is that correct?

You may like to check the following guide which should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/120-How-to-set-up-paypal-along-with-other-payment-options

Actually I fgured out how to do the multiple products list with a total. All it needs now is a "print" button. Any way to do that without also having a "submit" button?

    Hello jimjumper,

This guide should help you add print button in your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/24-Print-Button-on-Forms

You cannot remove the submit button, but you can hide it by injecting custom css in your form. Here is a demo form I created for you: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/40428731379964

Upon checking your form, i found it to be incomplete and no submit button was added. Once you complete your form, do get back to us and we will help you with the custom css code to hide the submit button.

    Thank you!
