For example, this form http://form.jotform.us/form/40046668581156 has a mailchimp sign-up form that only collects their info if they opt-in. It is very useful but it took a lot of steps so I thought it would be handy to be able to store/clone that specific part of my form to use in others.
It could be useful for other things as well. Just a thought for a possible future update!

You can actually clone forms within your account. Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form
You can also use this app to pass/clone fields from one form to another. http://apps.jotform.com/app/field_manager

The field manager would do the trick, except it seems to get stuck on "loading form". It's been "loading" for over an hour now. I have tried to refresh, clear cashe/cookies, and even in another browser. Any ideas?

I did some tests and at first I had the same problem: after selecting a form, the app hangs on loading the form. But then I cleared my browser cache, did a refresh on the page and could use with no problem:
