That error is appearing probably because are not using the secure URL of your form to embed it to your Facebook page as suggested by this guide: Adding a form to Facebook

Please notice that the URL of your form must be something like this: https://secure.jotform.com/form/xxxxxxx

and it must not be like this: http://www.jotform.com/form/xxxxxxxx

Otherwise, the form will not be displayed due to security issues.

To convert your form URL or embed code to secure just check the Secure form box in the Embed form wizard:

I hope that helps. Please inform us if the issue still persists.

    Hi AdminPlaza

while your jotform and page is loading perfectly normal on

    https://form.jotform.me/form/31462903374453 address

but in Opera browser, maybe you are trying to open it in Firefox?

If that is the case seeing the alert does not necessarily mean that the website you're visiting is trying to trick you into believing it is a different website - it means that Firefox isn't able to verify the identity of the website, and that you should proceed carefully. It often has a relationship with your web hosting provider.

the one on Facebook is non existent for now.

Maybe you could try post it again on facebook because when I opened the contact app half an hour later it is working !

This is the link I was opening:

You could try this brief description (I am certain that you already know it all but chek it again) :

or this - for developers using Facebook Developer method
