    Hello jefftrank !

    the answer to your need is simple :

    just insert the following code into your form

    #input_20_1, #input_20_2, #input_20_4, #input_20_5 {

    margin-left:50px;

    }

    where the #input_... is infact the ID of your product in order .You can always find withe ease the IDs of your form objects by using the web developer tools integrated into browsers like firebug or similar .

    If you never done it before here's the reference on how to inject CSS code:

    And here is your cloned form: http://form.jotformeu.com/form/40435080513343

    @jefftrank

    What you need can be accomplished by injecting CSS codes to your form. However, upon checking your form I found that you are asking for creditcard using plain textboxes for that objective. Such action is not allowed in Jotform as it is against our terms of use. So, please let me inform you that your form has been disabled and your account has been suspended.

    To reactivate your account the form needs to be deleted, otherwise it will remain suspended. If you are not using our forms for illegal purposes, kindly provide enough information about your obectives of using the form so that we can determine if your account can be reactivated or not and in that way you can delete that form.

    If you want to sell products/subscription, you need to use one of our payment tools:

    In that way your form will not be tagged as illegal nor will be found as being used for phishing purposes.

    We will wait for your reply.

    Thanks

    Hi jefftrank,

    Upon investigating a bit deeper I found that is the only form you have in your account and that the objectives of your form are more intended to sell products than performing illegal acitions. So, I reactivated your account and I sincerely apologize for the hesitated action of the suspension of your account. It has been reactivated already and your form has been enabled back. So, your account and form should be working correctly now. Please notice that your guilty form needs to be removed as it is asking for Credit Card info in an unapropiate way.

    Please notice, that to ask for Credit Card info in order to sell products/subscriptions you need to use one of our payment processors like Paypal pro, Authorize.net, etc.

    Again please accept my apologies. Please inform us if you have any doubts about this.

    Thanks for your understanding.
