Our office had a recurring payment set up on a business credit card and for some reason the recuring payment stopped processing. As a result we defaulted on our account and are trying to reinstate it. Unfortunately the "Pricing" page on your site is down so we are unable to renew our account. It was brough to my attention that the account needed to be brought current before noon today otherwise the service would be terminated. We have been trying for the past 3 days to update our credit card information and have no number to call for additional information given the fact that your pricing page wont allow us to upgrade our account. Please follow up as soon as possible with a solution to this problem.

As far as I can see, you have successfully re-upgraded your account buildteam according to Order Ref 78378432 Bi-Yearly Premium subscription that was purchased today
