Hello
I was wondering if I could get assistance with building a jotform for a multi level approval flow.
I have the form in place called Bin Service Request https://www.jotform.com/build/212430891785865
I would like to create the following workflow
- Pages 1, 2 and 3 are to be completed by the requesting company.
- Completed request to be emailed to company
- company employee to add in company purchase and job number and any comments
- original request with additional information to be emailed to vendor email
- Vendor to complete job and add in date, time completed and attach invoice, collection docket and any images. also comment section. all items and attachment
I have left these items in the original form however I know this is not how it works anymore I just wanted to provide you an example of what is needed. Can you please advise if this can be done? If it is custom is there an option to request a quote for this?

Yes, you can create the form with multi-level approvals using our Approvals feature. You can follow these guides below:
