    Follow up to login access issue.

    Hi,  I think there were two accounts created by accident.  The account we are trying to gain access to is under info@angelsonpatrol.org.  It's possible this email might be on your bounce list?  We were getting responses three weeks ago and then suddenly nothing.

    The form we are using is on this page: http://angelsonpatrol.org/family-application-form/

    The staff is panicking because they have not received any emails for the past three weeks from the jotform and have some family support applications they can't get to.  

    If you can check and see if this form is under the .org username and then help us reset the password so we can get to the submissions that would be fantastic.

    I've sent password reset intructions toyour email address: info@angelsonpatrol.org

    Also, your email was in the bounce list:

    info@angelsonpatrol.org is IN the bounce list 
    Reason(s) : X-Postfix; User unknown in virtual alias table

    I have removed it from the bounce list, please show the error message to your email administrator - looks like this email is a group-alias email, and was unavailable for some time.

    In any case, you should be able to get email notifications now.

    If not, what alternative email can we send the password notification to? This is in case info@angelsonpatrol.org still has the same challege as highlighted above.

    With your permission, we can update your account with the new email, and correct the situation for now.
