I kept getting the same submission forms over and over again from just one client.

Hello. I have a client that has submitted multiple forms to me; more than once. Let me explain. I currently have two forms available to my clients (covid waiver and an eyelash extension consent form) and had this particular client fill both of these out for me on August 18th. On August 26th, she resubmitted the covid waiver yet nothing was changed on the form. Then today, she resubmitted the covid waiver and the eyelash consent form again; again, no new information. Is there a reason, on your end, that this would keep happening? Or, is she physically going in and submitting these forms over and over when it's unnecessary. The main problem I have with this is that; one- I do not need multiple submissions of the same form, especially when its all the same information and two- I only have a set amount of submissions available since I am only currently using the free service with you. I don't want these "extra" submissions taking up my storage and limiting my accessibility to provide forms for my other clients. Hopefully, I can just delete the "extra" submissions and this won't be a problem, but I wanted to check with you first and to see if there was a reason I kept getting the same submission forms over and over again from just one client. Thank you.

You can limit them from submitting multiple times. In order to do that, please enable "Unique Submissions" and "Unique Question" in form settings.

I saw that I am able to do this but is there a way you can “dumb it down” for me? I don’t get how either of those would work.

I have now applied this changed to both of these forms https://www.jotform.com/form/211792135783056 and https://www.jotform.com/form/211791287520153. You should no longer received a duplicate submission.
