Beginning yesterday, when users complete one of our Jotforms and click submit, they no longer receive a "Thank you" screen. Instead they are left at a blank white page that causes concern as to whether the submission was successful. I can see that the form submissions are being captured. This issue has affected every form that I have tested this morning. How can I get the "Thank you" screen back?

I tested your form NERA Daily ALS Checklist using Chrome and received the thank you message after submission:
It can be a browser related issue, or perhaps something with form's embed version. Can you please provide us the site url so we can look better into this issue?
