Hi i need help please, i delete all my submissions by mistake, how can i bring them all back, it is important for me, it was a form of members with lots of information

As far as I know, unfortunately, it is not possible to recover deleted submissions. When trying to erase one submission we get a warning message saying it cannot be undone:
Also when someone tries to erase all submissions it asks for the account password - to make sure they are not erased by accident.
If you need more assistance let us know please.

Thanks for your quick reply Carina.
I know, i gave the password, but something went wrong with the back up i've made before the "delete all" and now i've lost everything, i thought maybe jotform store somehwere those data for a while even if we delete them
because now i don't know what to do :(

Unfortunately, once you delete a submission it is also deleted from our servers. It is not possible for them to be recovered.
A workaround might be trying to check the email submissions if they are still available on your email, or if you previously downloaded a pdf/csv submission list.
Kindly let us know if you need more assistance.
