    Info incoplete payments

Asked by amsci on February 14, 2014 at 10:42 AM

hi, I'm Daniele Neri (AMSCI nickname) and I write for information about payments paypal. More precisely, I have created the forms to sign up for the races in which you can pay either by bank transfer or paypal. If you fill out those who select to pay with PayPal payments goes into incomplete payments and does not appear on the table html report.

    Thank you, best regards

    Hi,

The submissions that get at Incomplete Payments box are those submissions that were sent but the payment was not completed by your customer after being redirected to the payment page. It is possible that they did not complete the payment due to any reason, it could that they changed their mind in the las minute, they accidentally close the browser or something related.

So, since those submissions were not completed they will not appear in reports, in the submissions page of your form, nor you will receive notifications in your email as you do with complete submissions, unless you enable the Pending Payment Email function. They will only appear in the Incomplete Payment box.

You can contact your form users and ask them to complete the payment process and then the submission will be added to the completed submissions.

I hope this helps. Please inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks
