I am using submissions from JotForm to create business and ID cards using Cardpresso software. Cardpresso takes each JotForm submission and creates an ID cards. The data fields are automatically populating on the ID card, so that is working great. However, the images (head shot) are not showing up. Cardpresso uses the url provided by JotForm to fetch the image and place it on the card. I opened a ticket with Cardpresso and they said it is an issue with the image stored with JotForm, and that a url link to an image on just about any other site will work fine.
So they are blaming JotForm. Is anyone familair with this issue? Any way to get the url image link from JotForm submissions to play nice with the Cardpresso ID software? The image url I have been using for testing is below.

I can see that you have an upload field, and a Take Photo widget. Is the problem with the regular upload field, or with the Take Photo widget? or both?
I tried viewing the image from the URL, and I can see that is set to be downloaded instead of viewed. Try to change that on the properties fo the uploade fied, and see if that solves the issue.
1) Click on the Gear icon
2)Click on Show Properties
3)Change the Download images option to "No"
Make a test from both widgets, and let us know what happens.
- gahoppeAnswered on February 14, 2014 at 08:00 PMThanks for your response. I set the download images option to no, but still
had no luck. I have tried linking to all 3 image URL's on the document
(picture upload, picture widget, and birth certificate upload.) None work.
Below is the response I got from Cardpresso, the software that is using
the JotForm excel export to create ID cards. Is it possible to get a
shorter url for JotForm image links?
*Hello Gary,As mentioned on skype we have performed more tests and
confirmed an issue with long hyperlinks. We have tested this issue with
shorter links successfully. We have forwarded this issue to our development
team to be addressed in a later cardPresso version. We will contact you as
soon as we have more information regarding this issue.*

Shorter links for images is a request we will need to escalate. I will go ahead and rasie a ticket to the Dev Team so that they can evaluate the feasibility of your request. Unfortunately I cannot promise this feature will be implemented. Nor can I provide an ETA when an answer to this request will be obtained. In any case, it is best for the Dev Team to review this matter. Thank you.

I'm having a similar problem trying to automatically load photos from the URL into a FileMaker database, did you ever find a solution for your Cardpresso? Was thinking this may be able to help me in my situation as well.
