    Submission not showing all fields

    Asked by jricheson on February 14, 2014 at 11:23 AM

    We set up our form to provide text alerts when the user answers questions in a specific way.  The text alerts show up within the form when the user is completing the form but the text alerts do not show up in the email form submission.  How can we get the text notes to show up on the email submission?

    Instead of using a "Text" field you can use a radio button instead (with no label), having only one option and being selected.

    Then you need to inject the following css code:

    {visibility: hidden;

    padding-left: -10px;

    font-size:24pt; color: red;}

    {font-size:24pt; color: red;}

    You need to change the #input name according to the name of the field, which you can see in the field properties:

    And then you can adjust the conditions so they behave in the same way you have now.

    I would also suggest to use radio buttons in yes/no questions because they only accept 1 option. Check boxes accept multiple answers.

    Kindly let us know if you need more assistance.
