Our customer tried to use the attachment feature on the questionnaire that we sent her and she was unable to upload the file successfully. Is there something wrong with the feature? Or are there limits on what can be attached to the file upload?

I was testing the File Upload feature and it works fine on my end. Yes there are limits on what can be attached to the file upload field but you can set that limit to whatever you want. You can allow any file type to be uploaded and at the same time increase the file size limit to a size that fits your needs. May I know what file extension your customer uploads?
