Unable to receive forms

    I have not been able to receive froms from my clients for the last six months....I have attempted to contact u unsuccessfully since then. I am forced to a take all of my customer info by phone which is a huge inconveneince . I need someone to get back with me today regarding this matter....I will be forced to clode my account with you and charge back all payments made to your company for the last six months..

     When I send a test email it works....but when a real form is sent I do not receive it.

    Hi there,
    Sorry that you are having problems.  I have just logged into your account and i see that the form you mention does not have any completed submissions.  However it does appear to have two pending submissions.  That means that two submissions were canceled before the payment was completed.  To view your pending submissions,  Highlight the form in your list of forms by clicking on it once, then click the submissions button.  You will see that there is an alert for the two submissions at the top of the page.  If someone cancels a submission before it completes then you wont get the notification email.
