JotForm Account: Profile image missing and unable to edit forms

    I’m trying to edit an existing form in Safari on my iPad, and every time it takes me to a view of the form rather than the edit.

    It’s worth mentioning that I have the app, have tried it on the app, same issue.

    Safari and my iPad are up to date, I literally just checked.

    It’s also worth noting that editing my form through Safari on my iPad is how I normally operate, so this is weird.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Howdy James,

    I have tested this issue with my account and it doesn't seem that the iPad is related to the issue. I have tried logging in with your account on Windows 10 with Google Chrome and I'm able to see the issue you've described.

    Please confirm if you're able to see your profile picture in the upper right hand corner of the home screen.
