Page Break not working on Facebook AppAsked by craftlabph on February 15, 2014 at 02:02 AM
I wonder why the page break buttons are not working on my Facebook App. Can anyone help me with this?
Here's the facebook app link: https://www.facebook.com/craftlabph/app_208195102528120
Here's my form link: http://form.jotform.me/form/40450808387458?
What is your method of embedding the form into your Facebook Page? I think there's a conflict to the tab causing this issue. Kindly try re-embedding your form using our iFrame Method: Getting the Form iFrame Code. Since the form is placed inside an iFrame, this shouldn't create any issues to the fanpage tab.
When I used the iFrame code, the form doesn't appear at all on the tab.
Yeah I see that, it's a blank page now. To my knowledge and experience it's well known that facebook can often be quite finicky with certain apps depending on how they are used. I think this might work if you secure the form but I'm not certain if you would want to do this since it will would then start being counted as SSL Submissions within your account.
When I inspected the form on facebook I found it's returning this error about your FB Page being loaded from a Secured Source. This is because facebook always uses a Secured Domain. Your form on the other hand is using a non-secured domain so it is being blocked I believe. You can try using a Secured Url for your form to see if this fixes it on your end.
That did the trick! Thank you so much!
On behalf of my colleagues, you are welcome.
