    Zoho CRM not connecting. Invalid Password

    I am trying to intergrate a form into Zoho CRM and when I get to the screen that says enter your ZOHO CRM login it alswyas gives me an invalid password error?

     

    I have a free Zoho account. I have changed the password to see if there was an issue with that and it was not. i can log into Zoho and Jotform no problem at all, but cant get them to connect?

     

    Are there any work arounds for this or is this a current issue?

     

    I have provided a link to the form in the URL filed and also a capture of the error message I get. Is it just that you ahve to have a piad version of both Zoho and Jotform to get the intergration to work?

    Hi,

    We apologize for the delays. Are you still having this issue? 

    I was not able to reproduce the same issue when I tested the Zoho CRM integration using my free zoho account. Please check this screencast http://screencast.com/t/0xm332BnzxLx

    Please check if you are using the correct e-mail and password.

    You can also try clearing your browser's cache just to be sure no existing cache is interfering with the connection.

    you must disable 2-factor authentication in zoho (as it will break all the integrations that you have).

    Can you please confirm that you are able to enable the integration, when you disable mentioned 2-factor authentication in your Zoho account settings?

    If this is the case, we can forward a ticket about the issue to our Development Team.

    @Rothschild86,

    Thank you very much for informing us about the issue with 2-factor authentication.

    I have made some more tests and found that there is a 'Manage Application Specific Passwords' option associated with Zoho 2-factor authentication.

    According to my test, we can use that option to integrate JotForm based forms with enabled 2-factor authentication on Zoho accounts.

    @Durobusiness,

    Please try either disable your 2-factor authentication or use the Manage Application Specific Passwords.
