I have used Jot form a few times before with no problem, it's great in fact, but I am just trying to embed a simple form onto a google site and it keeps appearing in French even though I have created it in English and my Google site is set to English.
I don't suppose you have any idea what the blue blazes is going on?
Any clues would be much appreciated,

Are you still experiencing this same issue? I viewed your site using Chrome, Firefox, IE and Safari (Windows) but I couldn't replicate the issue you were describing.
Can you please provide us with a screenshot of the embedded form that is translated to French? We will be looking forward to your responses.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Have a great weekend!

Hi Neil, this is a puzzler as when I view the site the form is still in French. Do you mean that when you follow my link you see the form in English?
Here's a screenshot of what I see:
I changed the Language of the site from English US to English UK, but I can't see why that would make it French.
I don't know whether it's a problem with Google sites calling the form or with the form transferring to Google sites as both items individually seem OK - My form is fine in the Jotform interface and my Google site is fine other than the form - but something is amiss
Your help is much appreciated

To answer on behalf of my colleague Neil, please make sure that your form embed code is correct, paying extra attention to the 11-digit Form ID. Any mistake could lead to inconsistencies in showing the correct form (you might end up displaying some French guy's form instead of yours).
The Form ID of your Quote Request Form should be 11880105915.
We hope you find this advice useful. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Aha!! Oh how stupid of me, I had the form ID as Quote request form as that's what I thought the ID was. I didn't realise that it was a numeric ID. Just out of interest and for anyone else who experiences this issue. Where about is this form ID listed in the form builder interface?
Many thanks for your help,

You can see the 11-digit Form ID in the URL of the form itself as shown below:
Glad that your form is now ok. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Thank you for using JotForm!
