Power Automate Jotform Trigger: Submission data missing on Power Automate

    I am seeing a few issues with the Power Automate Jot Form Trigger. I have a Power Automate Flow which backs up the Form to Sharepoint and does a bit of analysis of the submitted form data also.

    I have been seeing a few instances in the last week whereby the script is failing because there is lots of data missing from the form. When I look at the form submission in Jotform all the data is there but it is then missing in the Power Automate Script.

    Submission ID I have been looking at this morning is: 5064823622422124689

    I am also using the OneDrive Integration with this JotForm.

    Hi,

    Can you please try redoing the Power Automate Flow on your end and see if that helps? Try to test the form again if the flow is not triggered after the submission.

    Has this happened a lot of times? If so, we will look into the form directly if there are problems with the platform to provide immediate solutions.

    You can also try clearing your form cache to refresh your forms. Sometimes, this will also be an issue with this type of error:

    Thanks for your feedback,

    It has happened about 5 times for this form - out of about 250 submissions.

    I have cleared the cache there now and will keep any eye out to see if there are any further issues.
