At this moment, users on the .me domain are currently being affected by a glitch. Unfortunately free accounts cannot bypass this problem at this time. Unlike paid accounts which can still use the JotForm.com domain as an alternative.
Our developers have been made aware of this issue and are currently working to fix it soon.
