    Hi,

Your account was temporarily disabled because of the excess in SSL submissions.

Your SLL submission had already exceede the 10 allowed number of submission.

For this time only, I have notched down the count to 9 to enable your account.

Make sure use non https protocol so that submissions will not be counted as SSL.

Or you can also opt for paid plans which will allow more room for SSL submissions.

Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

Thank you so much! and Would I need to go to be able to use the non https protocol so that submissions will not be counted as SSL?

To stop the form from having SSL submission use the http protocol instead.

Just reverse the explanation of this guide

    http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

So, this form URL http://jotform.us/form/40455933827158  is fine as it will have regular submission only.

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further help.

    Thanks.
