Forms created by subuser can't be seen by subuserAsked by kaya7 on February 16, 2014 at 11:28 PM
Sorry if the description is a bit vague...
Basically, I'm sharing some of the forms of my account with another user. She is also creating her own forms.
However, on a couple of forms that she created, they disappeared from her "my forms" list after I edited them.
Does this mean that when I edit "her" forms (that is, forms she has created herself), I take ownership of the forms and then have to share them explicitly with her?
Her user id is kaya7. One of the forms that disappeaared from her list was http://form.jotform.co/jsform/33516018287859 but it reappeared when I "shared" it with her.
I checked this form "33516018287859" and it belongs to audabee account. Was this form created under kaya7 account? kaya7 account doesn't seem to have any forms. Is this already and existing account before you shared the forms? I'm not quite sure but as far as I know, forms should stay on kaya7 account from where it is created.
We'll await your clarifications about this so we can investigate this further.
