why am I getting only 10 submissions/month instead of 100?

    Hi Support staff, Please help me!

    I got an email saying 8 of my 10 montly submissions was used and my form would be disabled if I got to 10.  Everywhere on your site it says a free account gets 100 submissions a month and I used the first 8 myself testing that the form was working and emails were getting sent to the correct addresses.

    Now suddenly out of the blue I'm downgraded from 100 to 10?? That is strange, how can I tell after a week of using the form and testing it only myself if your service is right for me? I don't want to pay for a monthly subscription for 1000 when I don't even know if this works for my organisation.

    Please let me know what the issue is and if this is just a strange mistake.

    I think I found the answer myself. Didn't read the fine print. SSL is only 10 and regular submissions is 100. I think I found the answer on a similar question posted. Hope this works. Here's what the answer was:

    To stop the form from having SSL submission use the http protocol instead.

    Just reverse the explanation of this guide

    So, this form URL http://jotform.us/form/40455933827158  is fine as it will have regular submission only.

    Hello kashazanzibar,

    Yes that is correct. Only 10 SSL submissions are allowed in Free account and you have already received 12 SSL submissions. That is the reason you have received this warning email.

    I have manually reset your SSL counter to zero and your account is now active. Please be informed that we can reset the counter only once. You should stop using the secure forms urls and secure embed scripts should be replaced by non secure embed scripts.
