Is there a way to make a field (email) read-only once a user completes an initial submission? For example, I will have users include an email address in their original submission and I will provide an edit URL on the Thank you page (and in an autoresponder email). When the user returns by using the edit URL (https://www.jotform.com/edit/4988964796138133519) I want to make the email field read-only (not open for editing). How would I accomplish this?

Greetings,
You can use the following approach below:
1) Add the Get Form Page Url widget to your form (widget won't be visible on the form so you can put it anywhere):
https://www.jotform.com/widgets/get-form-page-url
2) The set up the following condition that will disable the email field when the get page URL contains the value edit, which means the user is accessing the form with the edit link:

Thank you!
