SalesForce version and integration questions

    (1) Is it true that ONLY Enterprise level of SalesForce works with this app at all?

     

    (2) At this time, do ONLY text fields map to Lead or Contact via Jotform to SalesForce?

     

    (3) If our client who owns SalesForce EVER changes the token, do all our mapped fields have to be remapped?

    I would be more then happy to answer these or any other generalized questions you might have about our platform and integrations.

    (1) Is it true that ONLY Enterprise level of SalesForce works with this app at all?

    That is mostly true. The Salesforce Integration is based on the Web Services API they provide which means that it is only obtainable through the use of Enterprise or Unlimited Packages.

     

    (2) At this time, do ONLY text fields map to Lead or Contact via Jotform to SalesForce?

     We added this ability as of well over a year ago. It's honestly been a long time since I've used Salesforce because of the subscription requirement. However, to my knowledge the only limitation I recall is that it only works for Textboxes and I don't think we've changed anything further then that so I believe it should work for both.

     

    (3) If our client who owns SalesForce EVER changes the token, do all our mapped fields have to be remapped?

    If you remove the integration to reapply it or a new one then yes you would have to remap them to reconfirm the fields so that they are integrated appropriately.
