Could I ask a few questions:
a) having exceeded 100 sumbissions last month on just one form (and having panicked when I was informed that my forms had been 'suspended' - so I subscribed instantly) does this mean that even if my forms don't generate 100 submissions in future months, I must continue paying monthly from now on?
b) to what degree do you have access to data, phone numbers, email addresses and message content from form submissions, some of which may be private and confidential?
c) what happens to all my forms if JotForm go out of business?

Please find the answers below:
a) You do not have to continue paying every month. Please be noted that you can upgrade downgrade your account anytime. Do get back to us whenever you want to cancel your subscription.
b) All your submission records are very much there on our server but they are not shared with anyone. You may like to integrate your form with google spreadhsheet which save a copy of submission records in your google spreadhsheet. Then you can delete the submissions form your JotForm account. c) We do not delete any form or submissions. Your forms will be there in your account forever. (Going out of business is not a question as we have millions of users)
